The Department of Moroccans Living Abroad took part in the first edition of “Morocco Days,” organized from October 22 to 24 by the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Miami as part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of Moroccan-American friendship and the 20th anniversary of the Free Trade Agreement between the two countries.
On this occasion, a business meeting brought together some 50 economic operators, investors, U.S. institutional decision-makers, and members of the Moroccan community residing in the United States to discuss prospects for cooperation and the development of strategic partnerships.
The event’s program also includes a high-level conference on the theme “Morocco: Crossroads Between Europe, Africa, the Arab World, and the Atlantic,” to be held at Florida International University, as well as a two-day exhibition dedicated to Moroccan crafts, which will allow visitors to discover the diversity of Morocco’s tangible and intangible heritage passed down from generation to generation.
