The Department of Moroccans Living Abroad, the Regional Council of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, and the German Cooperation Agency (GIZ) signed a framework agreement on the project “Potential of Migration and Social and Economic Reintegration (POMIRE)” on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in Tangier.
